Using Avalon

By downloading or using Avalon, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software or website.

Avalon is open-source software distributed under the MIT License. The license governs your rights to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and sell copies of the software.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the prompts, code, files, credentials, and services you connect to Avalon. You must have permission to access the workspaces and systems you use, and you must follow applicable laws and third-party terms.

Review agent output, file changes, commands, and approvals before you rely on them. Coding agents can produce incomplete, incorrect, or harmful results.

Third-party services

Avalon can connect to independent model providers, coding agents, connectors, and download sources. Those services are not controlled by Avalon and have their own terms, privacy policies, availability, and fees. Avalon is not responsible for third-party services.

Alpha software

Avalon is currently alpha software. Features, integrations, and stored data formats may change. Keep backups of important work and verify the results of any operation that could affect your files or systems.

No warranty

Avalon is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, as described in the MIT License. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Avalon contributors are not liable for claims, damages, or other liability arising from the software or its use.
